The
apartment with balcony is on the second floor of an apartment complex.
It consists of a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with
induction hob, 2 bedrooms (double bedroom and triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed) and 1 full bathroom.
The
holiday home has a balcony with view on the sea and outdoor dining
area, accessible from one of the bedrooms. At the back of the complex
there is the laundry area with washing machines and sink. From the
private gate in the garden it is possible to arrive at the beach.
The surroundings of the apartment
The complex is on the beach of Torre Lapillo and it`s ideal for a relaxing holiday near the city centre.
The
complex is 200 meters away from a supermarket and 500 meters away from
shops such as fish shop, butcher shop, newsstand, fruit and vegetable
market in the morning and weekly market every Thursday. The closest
beach establishment is 800 meters away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
