Appartamento Quadrifoglio is a modern, basic but cozy holiday home. It`s on the ground floor of Blumer complex, by the beach of Sant`Isidoro, one of the lovely seaside locations near Nardò, on the Ionian sea.
The apartment, less than 200 meters away from the sea, is equipped with accessories such as

Appartamento Quadrifoglio is on the ground floor of a complex and it is introduced by an outdoor equipped area, with beach beds and dining area.
The apartment opens into a
living room with open kitchen, dining area and sofa bed for two guests. The living room is air conditioned. The sleeping area consists of
two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom and the other is a twin bedroom. Moreover, there is a
bathroom with shower.

Appartamento Quadrifoglio is in the lovely seaside location of Sant`Isidoro, near Nardò,
between Portoselvaggio and Porto Cesareo,
which is only 4 kilometers away. The small sand beach of Sant`Isidoro
is equipped with a beach establishment and cafè. By the house there are
various commercial amenities.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 38 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
