Villetta Chiara Blu is a holiday home ideal for a lovely holiday in one of the most famous tourist destinations in Salento. It`s a small complex that consists of two independent units: one on the ground floor for 6 guests and one on the first floor for 4 guests. Both units are equipped with kitchen, air conditioning and washing machine.

The apartment on the ground floor is basic and introduced by an outdoor area on the raised ground floor with dining area. The apartment opens into a dining area with french doors and open kitchen, tv, fireplace and storage room with washing machine. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with air conditioning: a double bedroom and a four-bed room with double bed and two single beds. Moreover, there is a bathroom with shower.

At the back of the apartment on the ground floor there is a paved courtyard used as parking area and the staircase that takes to the second unit, an apartment on the first floor which consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning and access to the terrace with washing machine, a living room with kitchenette, air conditioning and tv, 1 twin bedroom and a bathroom with tub. From the living room, the guests have access to an outdoor area with dining area.

Villetta Chiara Blu is 1 kilometer away from the bay of Torre dell`Orso, near Melendugno, awarded with the prestigious Blue Flag. It`s within walking distance from the city centre with many amenities, while Melendugno and Borgagne are a short drive away. Moreover, it`s near other worth discovering locations such as Roca with the Grotta della Poesia, Torre Sant`Andrea, San Foca, Otranto and the Alimini Lakes.

One bedroom on the ground floor has no window and separates the living room from the other bedroom.
Air conditioner not in all bedrooms.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
