Villino Agnese is a holiday home that is only 1 kilometer away from the beaches of Torre Lapillo, near Porto Cesareo. The house is on the first floor of a recently-built complex, in the small village of Boncore. The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, iron and ironing board, electric oven, hair-dryer, tv. Parking area in the property. Villino Agnese accommodates up to 5 guests. Pets are not allowed.

Villino Agnese is in Boncore, a seaside location near Nardò and Torre Lapillo, part of Porto Cesareo. The closest beaches are 1 kilometer away form the holiday home. The area is well known for their long sandy beaches with dunes and crystal clear sea, the most beautiful area of Salento.

In the area there are a cafè with newsstand, supermarket and many amenities within walking distance form the house. The holiday home is in the ideal position, near the sea and far from the chaos. Moreover, it`s a short drive away from other famous seaside locations such as Punta Prosciutto and the nature park of Porto Selvaggio.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week. - In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit. - In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
