The holiday home is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, electric oven, microwave oven, portable barbecue, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, tv and mosquito nets. The guests have at their disposal a bicycle. Pets are not allowed.

entirely fenced and introduced by a porch with dining area.
Villino Valentina opens into a corridor with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed while the other is a double bedroom. Moreover, there are a bathroom with shower, living room with dining area and air conditioning, tv, sofa bed and kitchenette.
There
are two outdoor areas at the back the holiday home: the laundry area
with washing machine and dishwasher and the other with outdoor shower
and sink.

Summer evenings, it`s held the daily market which is worth visiting.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
