The entrance is into 1 double bedroom with pull-out beds. From here you move to a spacious room in which there are both the kitchen with TV and dining room and 1 double bedroom, disengaged by a masonry partition.
From the living room there is access to the outdoor light well, equipped with a convenient shower. Completing the house is 1 shower room.

a stone`s throw from the vacation homes are all the main services and
attractions of the small town south of Taranto, on the edge of the
territory of Lecce and Porto Cesareo, both just a few kilometers away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
